For help with Sylas AI Coach, email contact@sylas.coach. Include the app version shown at the bottom of Settings and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, API keys, or private keys.
Account access
If email sign-up asks you to confirm your address, use the confirmation message first and then sign in. If a working offline session later says it needs sign-in, use Settings → Sign in again; do not sign out if the device still has unsynchronized training.
Export your data
- Settings → Export account data downloads your synchronized account record as JSON.
- Settings → Export training log creates a portable CSV of completed workouts and sets.
Delete your account
Open Settings, tap Delete account in the Account section, review the warning, and confirm. The deletion needs a network connection and cannot be undone. It removes the Sylas account, associated backend data, local account data, and device-local Apple Health link identifiers.
Deletion also removes the authentication-provider user. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your App Store subscriptions; deleting your Sylas account does not stop Apple renewals. Existing Stripe subscriptions are cancelled during account deletion. Workouts already saved in Apple Health remain under your control in the Health app.
Subscription help
Sylas Pro uses Apple in-app purchases. The UK price is £4.99 per month, with local prices and any eligible one-month free trial displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel in Settings → Sylas Pro → Manage subscription or your App Store subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Sylas account you used to subscribe. Apple purchase refunds can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. For existing Stripe subscriptions or other help, email contact@sylas.coach.
Apple Health
Open Settings → Apple Health to connect, pause import, or pause export. System permission changes live in the Health app under your profile → Privacy → Apps → Sylas. Sylas imports supported workouts and writes sessions you finish; it does not read clinical records.
