Your account and training
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the content you submit. You retain your rights to your training data. Give us only content you have permission to use. Do not attempt to access another account or disrupt the service.
Free tracker and Sylas Pro
The workout tracker, plans, progress charts and export are free. Sylas Pro adds AI coaching through an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The UK price is £4.99 per month; local prices, applicable taxes and eligible introductory offers are shown by the App Store before purchase. An eligible first subscription may include one month free. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the displayed monthly price.
In-app purchases are billed to your Apple Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends through Settings → Sylas Pro → Manage subscription or your App Store subscriptions. Access continues for the remaining subscription period. Deleting your Sylas account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately to stop future charges. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you previously subscribed through Stripe, use the subscription-management link for that purchase or contact support. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
AI and fitness information
AI features require internet access and your permission to share relevant content with model providers. AI may be incorrect. Check suggestions before applying them and adjust exercise to your abilities. Sylas provides general fitness information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek a qualified professional for injuries or health concerns.
Availability and data
We work to keep the service available, but outages and changes can occur. Export your data when you need an independent copy. You can delete your account in Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and retention.
Applicable terms
The app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or overrides your mandatory consumer protections. We will update this page and notify you of material changes where required.
